  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and ensure the MBOS (Management By Olympic System) program can be implemented properly by facilitate KPIs creation, alignment process, and create KPI Glossary
  • Prepare Index Competition results to accelerate company performance
  • Socialize MBOS culture with related division to provide awareness to all employees in each business unit
  • Organizing MBOS competitions and cross sharing

Requirements

  • Candidates must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university
  • 3 years of experience as Continuous Improvement / Project Management / Quality & Risk Management Supervisor in Hospital/Pharmaceuticals industry is a must
  • Have a good knowledge and willing to learn more about business process in hospital industry
  • Have a good experiences in create and monitor KPI. Passionate to make continuous or project improvement for all divisions.
  • Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skill and time management
  • Good proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Willing to travel to all hospital units
  • Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
