Permit Coordinator
Job Description
- Manage the application, extension, and revocation of licenses or business/professional permits.
- Ensure required documents are complete and in accordance with regulations
- Develop and update internal policies related to licenses
- Check the validity of licenses used in the company
- Store and manage license data in the company system
- Compile reports related to license compliance status to management
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in license and permit;
- Familiar with electricity, mining and industrial business projects
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication skill
-Ability to speak and write in English is a plus
- Willing to travel
