What will you do?
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talents
- Collaborate with team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Ensure the implementation of effective screening methods to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Responsible for managing and developing Man Power Planning
- Meeting hiring targets according to the specified deadlines.
- Exploring and striving to increase the talent pool from job portals.
- Achieve the predetermined OKR/KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition with a proven full-cycle recruitment record, experience as a recruitment consultant/headhunter is a plus
- Proficient in sourcing via job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- This position requires you to work on a 1-year contract basis with possibility of extension or permanency
