- Assist project managers and project owners with day-to-day project administration and documentation
- Coordinate project scheduling, meetings, and logistics
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and tracking tools
- Serve as a liaison for communication between internal teams and external stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and People
- Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and assisting with follow-ups
- Assist in compiling post-project reviews and lessons learned documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
