Project Management Support Officer will assist in the coordination and administration of projects across various departments. This role provides vital support to project owners and managers, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, and execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and project owners with day-to-day project administration and documentation
  • Coordinate project scheduling, meetings, and logistics
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and tracking tools
  • Serve as a liaison for communication between internal teams and external stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and People
  • Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and assisting with follow-ups
  • Assist in compiling post-project reviews and lessons learned documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Responsible and self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment
