Top-Line Analyst Sr. Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the top-line analysis function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement analytical frameworks to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals with business objectives.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and new business ventures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as topline analysis or related field.
• Exposure of working in a multi-national company or retail company will be a plus.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-analytical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
