Role Description

  • Produce timely and accurate financial statements, consists of Annual Budget,Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast
  • Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries
  • Build intense communication with budget holders to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and to ensure actual results are in line with budget
  • Send out monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
  • Provide financial support to Commercial and Operation Team Function in term of business project
  • Prepare financial report on ad-hoc basis
  • Keep updated to business, industry and economic updates to enhance quality of financial services provided

Qualifications

  • Earn Accounting Degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus
  • Have 8-10 years of working experience in Financial Planning / Management Accounting area, preferably in multi-national company
  • Possess good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
  • Able to do multi-tasking, be a self-starter, pro-active and good team player
  • Own willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Acquire good command of English both verbal and in writing
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Power Point; VBA or Microsoft Access, will be an advantage
