Qualifications

· S1 Marine Engineering or Civil Engineering from reputable university

· Preferably having 2 years of experience in related fields

· Strong understanding of the marine construction industry, including applicable maritime rules and regulations

· Understanding of the marine construction industry and some related projects such as reclamation, dredging, break water etc

· Ability to perform technical analysis and calculations related to marine design and construction

· Good team work and relationship-building skill

Responsibilities

- Develop technical plans and dredging methodologies in accordance with project specifications

- Supervise dredging activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, cost, and technical specifications

- Coordinate with field team, including captains, surveyors, and field supervisors

- Monitor the quality of dredging results and ensure transportation of materials to disposal sites according to environmental standards

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on work progress and technical constraints

- Prepare final project report, including technical and administrative success analysis

- Ensure compliance with occupational safety (HSE) standards throughout the project.
