  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure all activities are in line with established SOPs and Work Instructions.
  2. Manage and allocate warehouse team members effectively and efficiently, ensuring safety and alignment with company targets.
  3. Ensure that actual stock and physical inventory are 100% accurate at all times.
  4. Monitor and maintain storage temperatures for both products and materials within required standard ranges.
  5. Regularly record temperature readings and take immediate action if any deviation is found.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all warehouse areas according to cosmetic industry standards.
  7. Coordinate effectively with other departments to support overall operations.
  8. Fulfill orders accurately and timely for both internal and external customers.
  9. Willing to be placed in Rungkut Industri, Surabaya

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position
  3. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is strongly preferred
  4. Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and warehouse-related data entry/administration
  5. Skilled in inventory documentation, reporting, and warehouse filing systems
  6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  7. Forklift License (SIO) holder is preferred
  8. Good communication and teamwork abilities
