Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to cryptocurrencies and digital assets
- Conduct thorough reviews of new products and services to ensure they align with crypto regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to cryptocurrencies
- Identify and report any compliance issues related to crypto transactions and activities
- Stay informed on the latest developments in cryptocurrency regulations and interpret their implications for the business
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance within the financial or cryptocurrency industry
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
