Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Modern Trade Director to Manage Overall Modern Trade Database and Performance Analysis in Drugstore, Mini Supermarkets, Hyper/Super, Convenience Stores, and Department Stores with the business scope of Direct Purchase & Consignment
  • Provide monthly, weekly & daily regular national performance in the form of dashboards and in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies by account, omnichannel & store level performance including Market Share, Sell In, SLA, Sell Out, Stock, Days of Inventory, OOS, OSA, RTM, Perfect Store, Pricing, Promotion and ROI (Trading Term, On Top & Budget Management)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including Key Account Managers, MT Operations Team (Beauty Advisor & Merchandiser) and Commercial Finance Team while also giving key insights & business recommendations to look for improvement with objectives to increase fundamental, sales performance, profitability and achieving sales target
  • Orchestrating Monthly Modern Trade Volume Forecast, Replenishment Suggestion & NPD Pipelining by Account by SKUs to optimize & increase sales trends and ensuring healthy stock level conditions in the market
  • Collaborate with NKA Team in reviewing the business performance on MT Accounts through Quarterly & Semesterly JBP Review with business counterparts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in all majors (Business, Engineering, and Statistics are preferable)
  • Having a minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing FMCG Company with field experience in area as Assistant Sales Manager/Regional Analyst/Area Analyst or good knowledge and experience in Modern Trade as Key Account Executive/Modern Trade Sales Analyst/Trade Marketing Executive/Trade Marketing Analyst
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and commercial in FMCG
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Microsoft Excel is preferable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
