Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business/GTM team to track and follow up on new account applications, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Oversee end-to-end payment operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Monitor payment flows to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, leveraging internal tools and external partnerships to enhance security.
  • Ensure daily operational processes are completed on time and within defined SLAs, proactively addressing bottlenecks.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to the development of scalable, efficient operational workflows.
  • Manage operational inquiries related to payments, risk, and reconciliation, providing timely and clear resolutions.
  • Support initiatives related to payment processing, risk management, and compliance, refining automation, tools, and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) with external vendors, merchants, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity in payment operations, risk management, and compliance-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in payment operations, transaction processing, or a related field; experience in a payment service provider or payment aggregator is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience in operations, workflows, and execution within an operational role.
  • Familiarity with risk monitoring, compliance, and fraud detection in payment systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication in English (written and verbal) and organizational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and structure complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment and adaptable to new challenges.
