  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement/digitalization initiatives.
  • Provide management/stakeholders with project status updates, feedback, issue / challenges
  • Analyze and review project/tools performance (cost and benefit review)
  • Other duties as directed

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (/Engineering/Information Technology would be an advantage)
  • Preferable to have some experience / certification on : Project Management Skill / Process Improvement skill : Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Design Thinking, Agile
  • Minimum BSMR level 2
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of relevant project management / process improvement background in established bank / financial institutions & minimum 10 years experience in Consumer Banking
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten

Technical competencies:

  • Microsoft Office (expertise in PPT is preferable)

Soft competencies [core / leadership]:

  • In-depth knowledge of Consumer banking products knowledge, including the rules and regulations in the domestic and international landscapes
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Project Management Skill
  • Process Improvement Skill (e.g. : Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Design Thinking, Agile)
