Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer

The position will be based in Indonesia, with willingness to travel to Surabaya and East Java as required.

Job description:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of solar PV systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using remote monitoring tools and on-site inspections
  • Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Prepare O&M reports, incident logs, and performance analysis for submission to the HQ
  • Conduct regular site visits to project locations in Surabaya and East Java
  • Ensure compliance with local safety standards and company SOPs
  • Support commissioning activities, performance tests, and audits
  • Assist project team to carry out inspection for plant under construction, documentation and associate works.
  • Liaise with the HQ team in Malaysia for technical guidance, reporting, and documentation

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in O&M of solar PV systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Java
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools, MS Office, and basic reporting software
  • Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-border teams
