Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Billing Admin to our business.

Reporting to Head of Finance & Accounting.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a [insert relevant role, e.g., Billing Staff / Finance Admin]
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Process service invoicing to customers
  • Perform invoice reconciliation
  • Handle customer termination requests
  • Monitor and reconcile customer deposits
  • Generate reports on deals and attrition
  • Track documentation related to the completion of new service or upgrade deliveries for customers
  • Monitor service installations to support vendor payment processes
