Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide confidential and administrative support to Rukita Founder. As the gatekeeper to the C-Level, you will be responsible for managing the time schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence, as well as performing other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Successful candidate need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently, and required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Schedule Management: Manage the CEO & COO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

2. Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars if needed.

3. Correspondence: Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

4. Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, and administration related for the CEO & COO.

5. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

6. Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO & COO and other departments, Heads & Director of the Department, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, has past experience in working directly with C-Level or Senior Executive will be preferrable. A Background in a fast-paced startup environment will be considered an advantage.

2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at highest level.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.

6. Additional languages: Strong command of English language, with excellent writing and communication skill.
