Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Collect and organize information based on market trends and business needs. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Campaign Operations: Carry out the configuration of campaigns and related channels. Regularly optimize and streamline processes. Conduct analysis of data from relevant channels and activities to provide decision-making basis for iterative improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various promotional strategies and conduct post-analysis of these strategies to provide insights.
  • Daily Operations: Communication with XFN to improve campaign registration rates and ensure the achievement of objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in office software, with excellent data analysis and execution skills.
  • Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship, available 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-Commerce & Analytical Skills – Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and campaign management.
  • Adaptability, Time Management & Strong Responsibility – A high sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt to industry changes while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to collaborate and interact with cross functional teams and solve issues efficiently
