Role Description

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, and ability to provide financial advice
  • Business development and opportunity identification skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Surabaya
