Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager Telecommunications role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for building strong customer relationship, aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts in Telecommunication Industry, FSI, ensuring the sales activities achieve company objectives.
  • Establish network of communication to the highest level within client's organization, be able to clearly and persuasively communicate our company capabilities in products and services, which result in business deals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to drive the adoption and growth of MS cloud
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, cloud service providers and other key
  • Drive customer engagements, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business solution development, systems integration, or consulting roles
  • Strong knowledge of the Telecommunication, IT and/or Financial Industries
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills (attains certification in product management is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
  • Willingness to travel as required
