BDR/SDR (Cold Calling Specialist | Neutral/British Accent)

Hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm Indonesia Time (GMT +7) | 8 Paid Working Hours + 1 Hour Break
This role of the BDR/SDR is to manage and execute cold outreach, with a focus on cold calling, to generate leads our clients. At least two years of cold calling experience is required.
A successful BDR/SDR will consistently meet their target KPIs and goals for delivering qualified leads to the client.
This role is 100% remote based. We are looking to find individuals who are looking for an opportunity for a career in Business/Sales Development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Make 500+ Outbound Cold Calls Per Day
- Make Follow Up Calls With Prospects and Leads
- Meet The Calling Target Metrics
- Connect and Communicate with Prospects on LinkedIn
- Create and Send Emails to Prospects
Requirements:
- At Least 2 Years Cold Calling Experience
- At Lead 2 Years Experience in Sales and Business Development
- High Volume Cold Calling Experience Preferred (250+ Dials Per Day)
- Experienced In Working Remotely/From Home
- Strong Use of Technology
- Fluent In English with Neutral or British Accent
- Excellent, Professional Attitude
- Ability to Learn New Skills Quickly and Effectively
- A Very High Attention to Detail Is Essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Goal Oriented and Ambitious Character
