Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our villa management services to property owners, investors, and real estate developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to grow the company’s portfolio of managed villas.
Job Description
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including villa owners, investors, and real estate agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote villa management services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with villa owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
Lead Generation & Networking:
- Generate leads through online research, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, developers, and travel/tourism businesses.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Set pricing for each villa periodically according to market trends.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management services.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of villa management, property rentals, or hospitality industry.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French) are a plus.
