  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all partnered malls.

2. Guest Engagement

  • Plan and execute quarterly campaigns for vouchers, loyalty programs, and targeted promotions.
  • Drive transactional growth through innovative tactical campaigns.
  • Achieve revenue goals through seamless guest engagement strategies.

3. Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Manage and grow PlayNLearn's social media presence.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for loyalty program and birthday party remarketing.
  • Ensure a consistent monthly engagement

4. Events and Alliances

  • Organize innovative on-ground events and strategic alliances (catchment area activation venue wise, residential, school).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive incremental growth and revenue.

5. Venue Launches and Campaigns

  • Oversee the launch of new venues, ensuring successful campaigns (digital and offline) to meet targets.
  • Work closely with operations for event deliverables maintaining high brand visibility and revenue achievement.

6. Content Development and Reviews

  • Create and promote engaging content that aligns with KPIs for all products.
  • Strategize content seeding and growth in reviews.

7. Database Management

  • Grow and maintain a contactable database for consistent lead-generation activities.
