Data Integration Analyst
Job Title: Data Integration Analyst (SAP Exposure & ETL)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Full Hybrid - 2 days WFO, 3 days WFH, Remote Possible)
Salary: Up to IDR 35,000,000 Gross (Based on Experience)
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Integration Analyst to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role is based in Jakarta with a flexible Full Hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFO, 3 days WFH), and fully remote work is also a possibility. You will be crucial in analyzing, designing, and implementing data mapping and integration solutions to support our business and client reporting needs. Exposure to SAP products and experience with ETL processes are mandatory, along with proficiency in MS Visio.
Purpose:
The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for the analysis and design of data mapping, by examining business processes and identifying/defining models, solutions, and improvements, to support and deliver clients' and business’ integration and reporting needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes).
- Identify, elicit, and document business requirements, define business rules, and communicate requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders of varying technical ability and subject matter expertise and explain services to clients of all management levels to ensure they have a clear understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities.
- Manage liaison relationships with clients to ensure technical solutions meet user needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers.
- Develop and assist in the presentation of business cases.
- Prepare detailed functional and data mapping specifications consistent with the business requirements.
- Provide feedback to clients and monitor deliverables based on the agreed timeline.
- Support multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with internal resources as needed.
- Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
- Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an application development environment; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Solid background and experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and solutions is a MUST.
- Having exposure to SAP products is a MUST.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector or distribution service sector is an advantage.
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS / Business / IT or a similar subject with strong exposure to information technology.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intensive knowledge of business processes in the given area of expertise.
- Basic knowledge of the project development lifecycle.
- Experience integrating complex enterprise systems, including gap analysis and mapping between multiple database systems and database formats is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required. Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required.
- Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, under the direction of project managers is required, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies in a short period of time and self-motivated.
- Solid analytical and reasoning skills, good verbal and written communication.
- Must show initiative, sound judgment, and a high aptitude for organization and attention to detail, with a high standard of quality for deliverable creation.
- Pro-active in identifying opportunities for improvement within the department and taking ownership of actions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio is mandatory.
- Proficiency with one or more of the following applications will be useful: ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems), IDS Sheer’s Enterprise Modeler (Business Architect, Business Designer, Business Designer for SAP), SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC HANA, User Acceptance Testing design, development, and performance for SAP functionality, Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of SAP Base Applications (SAP ERP/ECC HANA, SAP EWM HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Solution Manager).
- Proficiency in Third-Party software licensed through SAP (Interactive Forms by Adobe, Business Objects Predictive Workbench by SPSS, Document Access by Open Text, Enterprise Modeling by IDS Scheer, Productivity Pak by RWD, Quality Center by HP, LoadRunner by HP) and additional software provided by Third-Party vendors (SAP Paybacks and Chargebacks by Vistex, SAP Incentives Administration by Vistex, myMediset by BIT Consulting, SkyMobile by Sky Technologies) is a plus.
