Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This role is key to identifying and converting new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and supporting our agency’s international growth. You’ll be responsible for the full business development cycle—from lead generation and market research to pitching, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to our internal team for client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify high-potential prospects across local and international markets
- Develop and execute outreach strategies through email, social media, and direct communication
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
- Prepare tailored proposals and pitch Veinova’s services to potential clients
- Close new business deals and negotiate contract terms
- Ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to long-term client relationship management
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and client needs
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- A strategic thinker who understands the sales funnel and buyer behavior
- Familiarity with digital marketing, beauty and wellness industry is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure with high earning potential
- Monthly base salary
