About the Team

This role is responsible for the operation and support of the front-end team of local Indonesian TikTok Shop (TSP) agencies operation. To develop the management and support policies for the agency, be in charge of the daily management of the agency, including but not limited to admission, assessment, removal, risk control, etc, ensure the daily operation of the agency, and promote the achievement of performance goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing the operation and daily management of international e-commerce partners (TSPs), helping TSP to locate industries, connect with brands, sort out showcases in different industries on a monthly basis, analysis by TSPs, stores, accounts, influencers, goods, and traffic dimension , help TSPs to conduct business diagnosis, provide TSPs with suggestions on product selection, content, traffic, etc, and ultimately be responsible for the GMV and incubation of the TSPs under your management ;
  • Provide continuous support and training for TSPs, analyze TSP team structure, operating efficiency, etc., organize and implement TSP team skills training and empowerment according to business development plans, give reasonable opinions, analyze service indicators, clarify the current status of TSP capabilities, formulate improvement directions and review regularly, precipitate and output business methodology, and improve the combat effectiveness of TSP teams.
  • Collaborate with horizontal departments in terms of policies, activities, products, publicity, training, methodology, etc., use data-driven and business analysis as accelerators to operate and control service providers, and achieve high-quality business
  • Monitor the progress of merchants in various industries and match merchants in layers, not limited to the following assistance methods: offline assistance to BD, 1V1 online matching, online and offline matching meetings, and formulate a TSP recommendation list by industry, etc., to cultivate the local TSP ecology in Indonesia, including but not limited to co-participating in industry exchange meetings, TSP seminars, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be adaptable to an English-speaking work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of work experience and having experience in e-commerce, especially in cross-border e-commerce, livestreaming e-commerce, ToB enterprise services, or merchant operation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have strong business development capabilities, be good at business negotiations, and be able to independently achieve and promote external cooperation.
  • Have a data-driven mindset, and be able to guide operations through data analysis in aspects such as industry trends, performance evaluation, and project execution.
  • Have rich project management experience and cross-departmental collaboration experience, as well as a good team-work spirit.
