Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support primarily through call, email, chat or other channels.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complain related to transactions, settlements, and ensuring smooth onboarding and operational processes.
  • Responsible for assisting merchant sales management.
  • Contact unregistered merchants in sales to promote the product (ad-hoc).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Informatics, or related fields.
  • Min. 1 year of experience as Customer Service agent or CRM.
  • Has experience working as Sales Support or Telemarketing (would be great advantages!)
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English both oral & written is a MUST.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
  • Able to join as soon as possible.
