Our team partners closely with all business units and functions across the company, acting as a strategic bridge between brands, consumers, and our platform. We are passionate about creating innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships that not only boost brand visibility but also deliver real commercial impact.

What You Will Do
- Analyze advertising campaign performance across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards to track key performance metrics
- Translate raw data into client-ready presentations with clear narratives and visualizations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, and Product and external teams such as client team/ agency partners
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize campaigns and client strategies
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all analytics deliverables
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Be the go-to person on anything related to the Ad’s health metrics and analysis
- A BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Business Analytics, Strategy and Planning, Growth, or relevant functions
- Comfortable analyzing large amounts of raw data with an obsession to detail and accuracy of data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-understand formats in clear presentation
- A proactive team player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in multiple analytic, database, and visualization tools (e.g Looker Studio, Excel etc.) along with strong knowledge of SQL
- A scientific and hypothesis-driven thinking process with the ability to work in increments and exponents
- Good project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
