Contact Center Agent (English Speaker)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Yogyakarta for a Contact Center Agent (English Speaker). The Contact Center Agent will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing accurate information to customers, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, documenting customer interactions, and managing service requests. The agent will also escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
