Role Description

As an HRGA Executive, you will be responsible for managing various Human Resources and General Affairs functions to ensure the company's operations run smoothly. This position requires an individual who is proactive, has good communication skills, and is able to work in a dynamic technological environment.

Qualifications

  • Education minimum S1 Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in a technology company or startup.
  • Understand Labor Law and HR related regulations.
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with HRIS system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee recruitment and selection process, including vacancy posting, CV screening, interview, and onboarding.
  2. Carry out personnel administration such as attendance, employment contracts, payroll, and BPJS.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
  4. Manage General Affairs (GA) needs, including office facilities, company assets, and other operational needs.
  5. Assist in the development of a positive corporate culture and increase employee engagement.
  6. Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  7. Handle procurement of work tools and other office administration needs.
