Job Descriptions:
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Track & report activities of competitors.
- Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Area Sales Manager (General Trade)/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skin care/Beauty industry).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Having strong database in General Trade, especially in Sumatera Region
- Willing to be placed in Lampung
- Able to develop channel sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
- Able to join ASAP
