As a Manager in Human Capital, your main role will be to monitor the recruitment and operations activities, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to

execution. Your roles include but are not limited to:

Recruitment

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process in line with Global PwC standards and metrics
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance (recruiting metrics)
  • Work jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees
  • Update current recruiting procedures and strategy (e.g. job application, branding initiatives and onboarding processes)
  • Leading human capital projects and initiatives related but not limited to credentialing, job levelling, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, global mobility, diversity and inclusion and others as assigned
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity including identifying and managing risk, identifying and implementing solutions, and successful delivery against deadlines
  • Leading self and others to accomplish project goals and deliverables on time
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships at all internal and external levels while effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization

Minimum years experience required

  • 5- 7 years of experience in the related fields
