  • Align PR & communications strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Build & maintain strong relationship with key media outlets (print, broadcast, online). Secure media coverage in relevant publications & broadcast outlets.
  • Build compelling press releases, media pitches, byline articles, blog posts, social media content.
  • Create & communicate compelling brand narratives that resonate with key audiences.
  • Develop & applies crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage reputational risks.
  • Provide & execute social media strategies across platform (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok) and engage with online communities.
  • Plan & Execute press conference, industry events, and other public relation events.
  • Track media coverage and analyze the impact on brand awareness and reputation.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in public relation, social media, and digital communication.
  • Oversee the work of external PR Agencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing media coverage and building strong media relationships.
  • Strong project management & organization skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platform and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with crisis communication planning & execution.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environment.
  • Background industry experience in FMCG, Home Appliances, or Marketing Agencies would be a plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with people within all levels of the organization and external party.
  • Strong initiative, committed and capable in working as part of team to meet reporting deadline.
