This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, building strong partnerships, and acting as a key liaison between the company and event organizers, promoters, and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to grow the brand and explore new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media, event organizers (EO), event promoters, and relevant government agencies.
- Manage permitting processes for events (venue, airspace, and other necessary licenses).
- Lead digital and social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Prepare business proposals and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Proven ability to develop and execute branding and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience handling events and working with event stakeholders (e.g., EO, promoters).
- Good network and connections in the event or entertainment industry.
- Experience in permitting processes is a plus.
