Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule corporate visits to the operations site, including logistics, security, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Develop and manage visit agendas to ensure an informative and positive experience for visitors.
  • Conduct presentations and tours of the operational facilities, highlighting key aspects and achievements.
  • Prepare reports on visit outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and communication effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, communications, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Align the development and implement communication strategies to effectively convey the company's operational initiatives and achievements.
  • Prepare and distribute communication materials such as press releases, brochures, and presentations.
  • Manage internal communications to keep staff informed about operational developments and company news.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government officials, community leaders, and business partners.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 3 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to travel
