We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!
Job Descriptions :
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various legal documents, conducting Due Diligence
- Providing compliance consultation for daily business, assisting the establishment and improvement of the compliance policy and process for Indonesia as well as South-East Area/markets as required
- External resources selection and management，assisting in dealing with various disputes and litigation issues
- Monitoring the changes of the laws and policies related to company business, prompting risks and providing response plan
- Assisting the General Legal Counsel in HQ in other legal matters as required
- 法律文件的起草、审阅及谈判，开展尽职调查
- 为印尼及东南亚其他国家日常业务开展提供合规咨询，协助建立和完善合规制度和流程
- 外部资源建设与管理，协助解决相关纠纷与诉讼
- 监控与公司业务相关法律和政策变化，及时提示风险并形成应对方案
- 协助处理总部法务处理其他所需的法律事务
Requirements :
- Education: LLB degree as minimum, Master Degree will be a plus/preferred
- More than 3 years PQE in legal field (Bar qualifications preferred)
- Knowledge of the Laws of Indonesian (experience in mobile and telecom area is preferable), especially laws of FDI, International Trade Law, Data Protection Laws, e-Commerce Laws, Contract law, Employment law, etc.
- Fluency in both oral and written English, strong English document drafting skills，oral and written Mandarin is preferable
- Ability to work in international/intercultural environment, experience of working with Chinese culture is preferable
- Positive attitude and strong self-driven and sense of ethics, and outstanding communication skills, the ability to learn quickly
- 教育背景：法学学士学位，具备法学硕士学位者优先
- 具备3年以上的法律领域相关工作经验（律师资格优先）
- 熟悉印尼法律（有手机通信行业经验优先），特别是外商投资法、国际贸易法、数据保护法、 电商法、合同法、劳工法等
- 流利的英文口头及书面能力，良好的英语文件起草能力, 会中文读写优先
- 在国际/跨文化环境工作的能力,中资企业工作经历优先
- 正面态度及道德观, 工作自驱力强, 良好的沟通能力，快速学习能力
