Job Summary
- Create Property QA Scoring System for Rukita Operations
- Build and Manage QA Team
- Conduct Property Audit
- Review and Follow through all the neccessary tasks after audit
- Collaborate with Training Centre Team to implement the best strategy for property quality improment
- Increase CSAT and NPS
- Develop and implement guest satisfaction surveys (CSAT) and other feedback tools to measure the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Has experience in 4-5 stars hotel minimum for 5 years
- Has experience as Hotel Quality Asssurance minimum for 2 years
- Bachelor degree in hotel/tourism management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
