Job Summary

  • Create Property QA Scoring System for Rukita Operations
  • Build and Manage QA Team
  • Conduct Property Audit
  • Review and Follow through all the neccessary tasks after audit
  • Collaborate with Training Centre Team to implement the best strategy for property quality improment
  • Increase CSAT and NPS
  • Develop and implement guest satisfaction surveys (CSAT) and other feedback tools to measure the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Has experience in 4-5 stars hotel minimum for 5 years
  • Has experience as Hotel Quality Asssurance minimum for 2 years
  • Bachelor degree in hotel/tourism management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
