As an HR General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for managing the operational needs of the office and supporting the company’s basic legal functions. This role will focus on internal procurement and other GA (General Affairs) aspects, as well as supporting HR activities related to foreign employment and commercial legal matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement and management of office internal needs (General, Stationery, Pantry/Kitchen, Network/Cabling, etc.).
- Establish relationships with vendors and ensure the purchasing process complies with company procedures.
- Ensure the completeness and regular maintenance of office facilities.
- Assist in reviewing cooperation documents such as MOUs and basic commercial legal contracts.
- Manage foreign employment administration, including a basic understanding of immigration and work permit regulations (e.g., KITAS, IMTA).
- Support administrative needs for internal company projects, especially from GA and basic legal perspectives.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support compliance and general HR needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- At least 4 years of working experience in HR General Affairs.
- Understands the procurement process and office facility management.
- Experienced in handling internal office needs quickly and efficiently.
- Has knowledge of foreign employment regulations (KITAS, work permits, etc.).
- Experienced in handling MOU documents and basic commercial legal contracts.
- Experience in a project-based industry is a plus.
- Good English skills (communication – speaking & writing).
