We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to serve as President Director for a prominent electrical electronics manufacturing company. This pivotal role carries full P&L responsibility and requires a strong commercial acumen to drive growth and profitability. The President Director will lead a large team across various functions, including operations, finance, HR, sales & marketing, business development, and engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving corporate objectives and ensuring statutory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead all company operations, adhering to established policies and the authority delegated by the Board of Directors, while driving overall profitability and future business growth.
- Formulate and execute the agreed-upon strategic direction for the subsidiary, concurrently shaping its internal culture to align seamlessly with the broader corporate ethos.
- Assume comprehensive responsibility and accountability for all facets of Health & Safety within the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong personal connections with the company's key clientele and suppliers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Lead and empower a high-performing management team, establishing controls and performance targets in collaboration with senior executives.
- Ensure the fiscal integrity of the company through diligent review of cash flow projections and balance sheet components, including loans and financial facilities.
- Present periodic analyses of both current and long-range plans, objectives, and their progressive achievement to the Board of Directors.
- Direct and manage negotiations concerning mergers, acquisitions of new ventures, or the divestiture of significant assets, subject to Board approval.
- Vigilantly monitor economic and market dynamics, adapting company policies and sales strategies to capitalize on evolving circumstances.
- Maintain effective communication networks throughout the organization, resolve inter-group conflicts, and represent the company to external stakeholders including subsidiaries, major customers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, while also overseeing HR support in safety, health, and staff welfare, and engaging in special projects.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in manufacturing, with 5-10 years in senior leadership (technical sales, business development, or operations).
- Proven success managing Profit & Loss (P&L) within manufacturing, engineering, telecom, or power industries.
- Must have strong commercial acumen to drive growth and profitability.
- Strong skills in leading people and managing customer relationships effectively.
- Highly driven and focused on contributing to business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with an open and approachable management style.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Displays initiative, a collaborative spirit, creativity, a hands-on approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
