General Purchasing Specialist

Chery Indonesia is the Indonesian subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a Chinese automotive company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct price negotiations and handle the issuance of Letters of Intent (LoI), Purchase Orders (PO), and payment processing.
• Monitor and control goods delivery schedules and maintain accurate PO records.
• Support event or marketing activities as needed.
• Maintain and update the payment tracking list to ensure timely processing.
• Conduct on-site visits to the factory or supplier locations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general purchasing role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP).
• Willing to be based in both the Head Office (South Jakarta) and the Factory (Bekasi).
• Open to conducting regular visits to suppliers for coordination and quality checks.
