Role Description

Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing cost accounting, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting related to production activities. They track manufacturing costs, analyze variances, support inventory valuation, and ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations. Additionally, they assist in financial planning, coordinate with production and supply chain teams, and contribute to improving cost efficiency and profitability across operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting in manufacturing environment;
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management;
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards;
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports;
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Willing to placed at Tambun, Bekasi;
  • Can join as soon as possible.
