Position Summary

As Regional Sales Manager for Indonesia, you will drive business growth with a core focus on data center integration services. Based in Jakarta, you’ll lead strategic sales efforts, build long-term client relationships, and expand our presence in Indonesia’s dynamic data center market—including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a country-specific sales strategy focused on data center integration services (e.g., rack and stack, structured cabling, infrastructure buildout).
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and large enterprises.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the local sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders in Indonesia.
  • Work with pre-sales and technical teams to propose tailored integration solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Provide sales forecasts and business insights to regional leadership.
  • Ensure seamless project handover and coordination with delivery and operations teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on data center integration services.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian data center ecosystem and decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and solution-based selling.
