Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth clients to promote structured warrant investments.
  • Engage with clients to understand their investment goals, providing tailored structured warrant investment recommendations and solutions.
  • Educate clients on the characteristics, risks, and potential returns of structured warrant products, emphasizing how structured warrants can align with their investment objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by collaborating with brokerage firms, trading platforms, and other industry partners.
  • Organize and deliver in-person seminars, roadshows, and webinars to enhance market awareness and client engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including traders, research, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of structured warrant strategies and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial product sales is preferred. However, fresh graduates with strong sales ability and market awareness are also encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably hold a WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license or be willing to take the exam.
  • Solid understanding of investment tools and market volatility, or a demonstrated ability to learn financial products quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in social media marketing, personal branding, or public speaking is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) with the ability to create compelling client-facing materials.
  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations for client engagement is a plus.
