  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies regarding permits, licenses, and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee dispute resolution and manage litigation cases in collaboration with external legal counsel.
  • Support corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in laws, policies, and industry regulations affecting the EV battery sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. Licensed to practice law in Indonesia.
  • Minimum 7 years of legal experience, preferably in automotive, energy, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory affairs in Indonesia.
  • Experience dealing with government agencies and international legal matters.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
