Role Description

The day-to-day tasks include reviewing and processing claims, ensuring accurate and timely claims handling, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Claims Supervisor will also analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectively

Expertise in Claims Management and Claims Handling

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and process claims accurately

Experience in the Insurance industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using claims management software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
