Your Role:

As a Solar Sales Manager at Inecosolar, you will play a key role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions in Indonesia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client enquiries and providing expert advice on their technical needs.
  • Conducting site surveys to assess project feasibility.
  • Preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Drafting contracts and invoices to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactively researching prospects and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating between clients and the technical team to ensure requirements are met before installation.
  • Assisting the procurement team in sourcing materials for projects.
  • Maintain a relationship with suppliers and distributors and represent the company during fairs and exhibitions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales in the solar PV industry.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of solar PV systems and the ability to prepare technical proposals.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.)
  • Customer-Focused: A client-centric approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and meet customer needs.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who thrives on seeking and creating new opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management. Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools relevant to the solar industry is a plus.
