- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Talent Management:
Manage employee performance evaluation and career development initiatives.
Plan and execute succession planning programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain employees.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Industrial Relations:
Handle industrial relations matters, including negotiations with unions or employee representatives.
Address and resolve disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with labor laws.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to employment regulations and workplace safety standards.
Maintain employee records and prepare reports for management review.
- Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through engagement programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology is a must
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, with a focus on: Talent acquisition and management
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefits
- Proven experience in Industrial Relations is mandatory.
- Experience handling labor unions, dispute resolution, and collective labor agreements (CLA) is an advantage.
