Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or marketing support; or 3 years as Commercial Support Manager / Operations Manager
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experienced in implementing or supporting AI tools, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading
