We currently hold the authorized distributor status for Legrand Data Center Infrastructure and Sunbird Data Center Infrastructure Management Software. Project Manager
Qualifications
- S1 degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical) with GPA minimum 3.0, or
- D3 degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical) with GPA minimum 3.5, or
- Min. 1 years working experience in Data Center Project as Project Manager
- Experience in reading electrical drawings
- Having experience for build Data Center construction, MEP, and CAD
- Ability to work independently or in a team well
- Willingness to travel for work
- Fast learner of monitoring products in all its technical details
- Good understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
- Logical and analytical skills in planning designs
- Ability to understand business processes, business problems, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Having experience in busduct or low voltage panel implementation projects is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing and driving the success of a project from initiation to completion.
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and set milestones.
- Understand clients needs and collaborate with the sales team and HQ engineers to propose technical solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team in developing project design proposals
Team Management:
- Assemble and lead the project team, assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Provide direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between the team, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reporting.
- Actively participate in the handover process (develop preliminary project organization and communication line, stakeholder communication and setting up coordination meeting, handover document preparation)
- Provide timely feedback and propose solutions to customer inquiries. Product debugging, technical concerns, etc
Budget Management:
- Create and manage the project budget.
- Track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
- Forecast potential budget changes and adjust plans accordingly.
- Review budget calculation (analyst with other project, preliminary communication with vendors)
- Validate and control cost, scope, schedule, and quality
Risk Management:
- Develop contingency plans for unforeseen issues.
- Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Control:
- Ensure the project meets the required quality standards.
- Implements testing, reviews, and checks to ensure deliverables are up to standard.
- Address quality issues as they arise.
- Responsible for staying abreast of the product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each product and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources (human, financial, technical) efficiently.
- Ensure the right resources are available at the right time to meet project deadlines.
Timeline Management:
- Ensure the project stays on schedule by tracking milestones.
- Adjust project plans if there are delays, ensuring the team meets deadlines.
Problem Solving:
- Quickly identify problems or bottlenecks that could delay the project.
- Facilitate decision-making to resolve issues promptly.
- Make course corrections as necessary to keep the project on track.
Project Closure:
- Ensure all project goals are met and deliverables are completed.
- Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
- Close out contracts, release resources, and finalize project documentation.
