In this role, the HR Coordinator at Kosong Satu Group will support a wide range of HR functions across multiple business units.   • Min 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative HR role
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and employee benefits administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support company-wide HR initiatives
  • Able to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, with respect for different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documents
  • Ensure accurate documentation of employee changes, transfers, and resignations

2. Attendance, Benefits & Payroll

  • Track employee attendance, leave requests, and time-off records
  • Coordinate BPJS, health insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Provide accurate data and documentation to do payroll processing
  • Address employee inquiries related to attendance, leave, and benefits

3. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure employee actions and HR practices comply with local labor laws
  • Support the documentation and filing of internal disciplinary actions
  • Help maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR processes

4. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives

  • Assist in organizing internal
  • l events, wellness programs, and employee gatherings
  • Support the execution of performance review cycles and feedback processes• Help foster a positive work environment through HR-driven initiatives
  • Coordinate internal surveys and HR communications when needed

5. General HR Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Liaise with other departments to support cross-functional HR needs
  • Continuously improve and streamline HR processes for efficiency
