What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they’re well-prepared and informed.
  • Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork to guide new hires through their onboarding tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for both agents and clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment.
  • Assist with client onboarding tasks when needed.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (required).
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
  • Proficiency with Gmail and Slack.
