Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree or above, major is not specified; passionate about e-commerce or Internet industry development.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Computer literacy with a minimum of Basic Excel operations skills.
- Having a proven exceptional experience of 1-2 years in managing e-commerce accounts.
- Good communication, coordination, analysis, and expression skills.
- Actively participate in the activities organized by the school and have certain leadership and organizational skills.
- Proactive, practical, and obedient.
- High sense of integrity and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational online store, including but not limited to creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is current, and adding products to store categories.
- Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
- Act as liaison officer to communicate all online store programs and needs to the third-party marketplace.
- Coordinated with other departments, customer service, and the warehouse for better results.
- Manage and monitor the online store’s stock.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
- Monitor online customer feedback and liaise with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
